Roof which measures approximately 27,000 square feet was an old 3 ply hot tar roof about 15 years old.  The roof was swept free of all dirt and debris. Major blisters were addressed prior to the installation of new roofing membrane.  After all repairs and preparations were completed we installed a new white granulated SBS modified membrane roofing system. The installation includes a 12 year guarantee.

This is a “Java” application and requires Microsoft browser 4x or better or Netscape Navigator 4x or better with Java plugins.
